(1) There will be an examination committee as follows to conduct the examination for the purpose of registration as an engineering practitioner in the council:-
(a) Members appointed by the Council - Convener
(b) Three members of the Council, including one woman, appointed by the Council (c) Registrar - Member-Secretary
(2) The committee shall conduct the prescribed examination at least twice a year for registration as an engineering practitioner in the Council.
(3) The course of the examination and the system of conducting the examination as per sub-section (1) shall be as determined by the Council.
(4) If the committee deems it necessary, it can invite experts related to the subject to the meeting of the committee.
(5) The committee's work, duties, rights and procedure for conducting meetings shall be as prescribed.
